I had Jo as a trainer for my TM CPC and she was fantastic! She had masses of Transport knowledge and had brilliant ways of getting us to remember acronyms and other helpful advice. She was always available to offer help and even stayed late after the course had finished for the day. 100% recommended.

I had Jo as a trainer for 2 and a half weeks doing my Transport Manager CPC course and I thought she was excellent. Her vast knowledge in the transport industry is clear to see. She has great ways to be able to not only teach you, but also has some great tips to help you retain the information. She would always stay back at the end of the day and help us with anything we were unsure about and went the extra mile to help us achieve a pass. I would highly recommend Jo as a trainer.

I attended the TM refresher with Jo as our trainer. Jo has an amazing amount of knowledge of the rules and regulations within the transport industry, and easily communicated this with those who attended the course. Highly recommended for any driver or manager who wishes to gain a greater understanding of compliance. Jim was with me for 3 days 19th to 21st December 2022. I found him to be very friendly and helpful, his knowledge and experience was second to none. He demonstrated the flexibility to adapt and accommodate around our operation times. I was a bag of nerves to start with, but was soon put at ease and I learnt a lot from him over the 3 day period. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon and this gave me the confidence to improve my own abilities. Without doubt, I would certainly recommend using ODSS for all your transport related assessment and training needs in the future. Many other organisations often fall short with either the content, format or delivery.

The course was informative and well put together, I feel I was left with a full understanding of what is expected, supplied materials were also extremely helpful. Jim was spot on, helpful, witty and knowledgeable answering everything we threw at him. Would 100% use them again for future training.

Jo helped me to achieve my Transport Manager CPC and I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. Genuinely took the time to assist not only myself but others in the group with anything we didn’t quite grasp and never once got flustered or annoyed. Also made the course incredibly enjoyable which took away just how difficult the course actually was. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking to gain any qualification in the transport sector. Fantastic. I did the Transport Manager CPC course, Jo is a great trainer and will always go the extra mile to ensure that you are feeling comfortable. With Jo's help I was able to pass 1st time, would highly recommend.
